- Please note that we cannot accept returns on personalised house name plates.
- Please inform us of any damages within 3 working days of receiving the order. Goods damaged or lost in transit to you will be replaced at no cost with free delivery. Inform us by e-mail, telephone or letter.
- We have tried to make our photographic images as accurate as possible.
- The frame designs used by www.housenumbers.co.uk are copyright and www.housenumbers.co.uk retains ownership of this intellectual material. The frame designs may not be copied for production by other parties without express permission of www.housenumbers.co.uk and a separate agreement of the terms of such production.
- A one year guarantee is provided on our products, covering materials and workmanship. However, please note that 304 grade stainless steel is an extremely hard wearing material which will withstand all weather conditions. With routine maintenance our house number and name plates will provide many years of service.
- www.housenumbers.co.uk has a returns and refunds policy and is aware of your rights under the EU Distance Selling Directive. We will send a written copy of this policy with your order.
- www.housenumbers.co.uk reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time and place revised versions on the website.
